With the Flexi-Filler product line FF1 Light, FF5, FF7 and FF10, we offer solutions that can be used to fill the entire range of liquid, pasty or solid products such as ice cream, yoghurt and quark in cups or small bulk containers of different designs, shapes and sizes. Manual dosing system

Flexi Filler 1 - compact, flexible, efficient

The Flexi-Filler 1 (FF1) is a dosing system with piston filler, hopper and foot pedal/sensor and, unlike conventional dosing systems, works without compressed air but with controlled motors. This enables constant, precise dosing and consistent product quality. The system is operated via a touch panel.

Fully automatic filling systems

Flexi Filler 7 - fully automatic high performance

Our Flexi-Filler 5, 7 and 10 are each equipped with 5, 7 or 10 stations. You can choose, for example, whether you want the cups to be sealed, whether a checkweighing should take place, whether the cups should be labeled or whether a topping should be integrated into the process. All processes are monitored by a PLC control system and the settings for the products can be individually optimized via the user-friendly touchscreen panel.

Product changes are quick and easy. Using the Siemens control system, various product recipes can be saved and retrieved at the push of a button. The hygienic design and easy accessibility of the components also enable short cleaning and changeover times, which significantly reduces downtimes.

Depending on the application and product requirements, we use various proven dosing principles, including: piston dosing, gear pumps, valve dosing. The selection is always product-specific — based on viscosity, structure, temperature and the desired accuracy — in order to achieve an optimal dosing result.

Our systems cover a wide range of dosing — from small quantities in the milliliter range to larger dosing quantities for industrial applications. The dosing quantity is individually tailored to the respective product and the production process and can be flexibly adjusted via the control system.
